LUNCHTIME BOOST FLOW – This is a quick, exciting lunchtime yoga shot meant to give those on-the-go yogis an exhilarating energy boost

 

YIN YOGA – This style of yoga is designed to get deep into the muscles, tissues and nerves of the body by using a passive approach to asana practice and give a deeply calming and soothing effect to the body and mind, perfect for all ages and levels

 

 ASHTHANGA – The word Asthanga is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘’eight limbs” this style of yoga is based in an ancient, systematic and rigorous set of postures and breath which are design to discipline and strengthen the body and mind, Ashtanga is ideal for intermediate to advanced practitioners

 

VINYASA FLOW – In this class students explore the art of free flowing, breath-centered yogic movement where one pose links with the next in a seemingly effortless chain of dynamic expression, ideal for all levels and skill types
